SAP Concur Champions Program Guidelines

ELIGIBILITY

The SAP Concur Champions Program (“Program”) is open to any individual with an Authorized Support Contact, Administrator, or Executive Sponsor role at an SAP Concur existing customer company and is age 18 years or older at the time of enrollment (Participant).

The Program is not open to: (1) employees or internally contracted vendors of SAP SE or its parent/subsidiaries, agents or affiliates; (2) the immediate family members or members of the same household of any such employee or vendor; (3) anyone professionally involved in the development or administration of this Program; or (4) any employee whose employer's guidelines or regulations do not allow entry in the Program or acceptance of the prize(s). In addition, residents of Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Myanmar (formerly Burma) and Sudan are not eligible to participate. This Program is void in these countries and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.

Public sector eligibility

Employees or internally contracted vendors of governments or government affiliated companies, organizations, or a nongovernmental organization (NGO) or any department or agency thereof, whether regional, national, or international (such as the IMF, World Bank, or United Nations), may participate in the Program unless prohibited by law or by their employer. Such employees or vendors are not eligible to receive any gifts, benefits or incentives including but not limited to monetary rewards, and may see a different experience than other, non-government related members of the site, based on SAP Concur Program management.

ACTIVITIES

Participants of Program have access to a range of activities in the third-party platform powered by Influitive (Platform). The most common types of activities Participants have the option of participating in may include, but are not limited to:

Activity participation

Different activities may be offered to Participants based on criteria including, but not limited to, role, geography or industry. Participants may choose the activities in which they would like to participate; no activities are mandatory.

Notification of activity

Participants do not have to notify SAP Concur of the activities completed on the Platform as this activity is tracked directly on the Platform. Points are awarded upon activity completion. For activities that are longer-term and more complex (i.e.  whitepapers, case studies), the Platform manager can track completion within the Platform and communicate as needed with the SAP Concur department leading the activity with the Participant.

There may be activities requiring signed release forms and/or non-disclosure agreements (NDA) by both the participant and their employer. Examples of these may include, but are not limited to, written case studies, industry whitepapers and product beta testing. Release forms and/or NDA processes will be outlined for and executed by the Participant before the activity begins.

Exclusions

There are two types of Program exclusions: 1) Who is allowed to participate in the Program (as outlined above), and 2) What you are allowed to do within the Program.

Some Participants may not have access to all activities, as certain activities may only be available to a subset of Participants based on factors like role within their company, activity in the Program, geography, industry, etc.

Social media and other third-party sites

Where Participants follow SAP Concur, or engage with SAP Concur content, on any social media platform, or if Participants post or submit any reviews of SAP Concur products and services on any third-party site, such Participants must comply with the terms, policies and guidelines that apply to such platform or site. In addition, Participants must not misrepresent their and their company’s experience with SAP Concur or its relationship with SAP Concur, including as a Participant. Where such a platform or site enables Participants to properly disclose their participation in this Program, they must do so. Participants must adhere to any guidelines concerning social media or third-party reviews that SAP Concur makes available. Participants will reasonably cooperate with SAP Concur to provide any corrections or disclosures necessary.

Some Participants may not have access to all activities, as certain activities may only be available to a subset of Participants based on factors like role within their company, activity in the Program, geography, industry, etc.

POINTS & REWARDS

Points

As Participants complete activities in the Program, they accrue points. Participants can redeem their points for rewards available in the Platform. Each activity’s points are clearly marked. Points can be “banked” by the Participant and redeemed against rewards available in the Platform.

Rewards

Rewards are listed in the Platform and may be available in limited quantities and are subject to change without notice.

OTHER TERMS

SAP Concur reserves the right to modify these Program guidelines at any time. While it may try to provide advance notice by updating these guidelines on the Platform, it is the responsibility of the Participant to check these guidelines regularly.

SAP Concur can also discontinue the Program in its discretion at any time. Depending on the activities involved, SAP Concur may require Participants and/or their employer to execute additional documentation or releases.
